At If Only If, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original cotton dust bags and secure them in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
